What exactly is a Reflective Organisation Session?
It is a private, in-person session where a Trustglen guide helps you sort through your important household and personal documents — insurance papers, bank statements, property records, identification — and arrange them into a clear, labelled folder system you can maintain going forward. We provide the folder kit and a checklist. We do not read, copy, or advise on the content of any document.
Do you provide legal advice or write any documents?
No — and we want to be very clear about this. Trustglen is an educational and organisational support service. We do not draft, witness, or advise on wills, trusts, power of attorney, or any other legally binding document. We do not practice law and nothing we share constitutes legal advice. For those needs, we encourage you to consult a qualified Thai legal professional.
How long does a session take?
Typically two to three hours, though we never rush. If your situation calls for a little more time, we work with you flexibly. The Values & Memory Workshop runs for a half-day, usually in the morning. The Community Stewardship Advisory involves an initial site review followed by a written report, which we deliver within two weeks.
Can the session take place at my home?
Yes. The Reflective Organisation Session works particularly well at home, because that is where the documents already are. We travel within Hat Yai and nearby areas of Songkhla at no additional charge. For locations further afield in southern Thailand, please enquire and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is the Community Stewardship Advisory suitable for?
It is designed for small community foundations, cultural preservation groups, local heritage associations, and similar organisations that handle records and historical materials. We review current storage, cataloguing, and handover practices, then provide a plain-language recommendations report. This is an operational advisory — not a regulated audit or legal review.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
Payment is in Thai Baht. We accept cash or bank transfer. A 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking, with the balance settled on the day. Pricing is as listed: ฿3,700 for the Reflective Organisation Session, ฿9,500 for the Values & Memory Workshop, and ฿30,500 for the Community Stewardship Advisory.
Is what I share with Trustglen kept confidential?
